Welcome to Visual Fluidity and its Affiliates. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. The following Terms and Conditions of Sale(s) shall apply to every contract/sale of VF and its affiliates, for the sale of goods or articles (“products”) to any person or entity.
These Terms and Conditions May Change
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
Buyer is solely responsible for choosing product size and material specifications. We will not be help responsible for any color variations due to natural variances or matching materials on any external resources or pre-existing orders.
Estimated Lead Times
Please follow the lead time on your Invoice. This is an estimated lead time only. Delivery date is an indication only; actual date of arrival may differ due to circumstances out of our control. Under no circumstances shall we have any liability whatsoever for loss of use or of any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from delay regardless of the reason(s). By placing an order the buyer agrees that the time of delivery of the product is not of the essence, and waives any and all claims arising from any delay of the delivery.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery week upon placement of your order.
Terms of Payment – Furniture Only
Custom order items
Custom order merchandise are custom made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Custom orders require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit due at time of order placement, remaining balance will be charged once we are set up for delivery of your item(s). Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. After 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained cannot be refunded. Upholstered furniture not identified as stocked in our catalog is considered a custom order. When ordering, please provide a daytime phone number for delivery. All custom orders are manufactured with a 2" tolerance, due to the custom framing
Returns Policy & Cancellations
Return of furniture will not be accepted without our written authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be returned freight collect. All changes or cancellations must be approved in writing. If there is anything wrong with your delivery, it has to be notified upon delivery. Damages after delivery will be considered damaged in your premises.
Stocked orders may be cancelled in writing within 24 hours of order placement. We will charge a 5% administrative fee, but will refund the remaining balance. Sale items (including floor samples) cannot be cancelled at any time.
Delivery and Freight Charges
Customers are responsible for checking that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination. Should delivery prove impossible, we may require the customer to accept the goods and make their own arrangements for delivery. Cancellation of a booked delivery is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the standard delivery price, should notice be given later than 24 hours prior to the booked delivery date.
Shipping charges are indicated on your invoice, however those charges may be subject to extra fees depending on the situation (like restricted road). We cannot ship to PO boxes.
We do not offer storage services, but can make arrangements for special cases for an additional fee.
Natural variations occurring in wood, fabric, and leather shall not be considered defects, we do not guarantee the colorfastness or matching of the colors, grains, textures or surface hardness of such materials. Any damages that occur during delivery must be noted in detail on the delivery receipt, and returns are for store credit only.
All retail and trade items ship from the US. All prices shown are in US dollars unless noted either wise.

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
